After having brought up another load of wood, I just thought I'd take a minute to send a note of thanks… this is one of the coolest things ever! I've lugged more firewood than I care to remember in my youth at my family's home, and now with our new log home this machine seemed like a dream.  It is. Not only is it a luxury in alleviating transporting wood (and other items) to the next floor, it is a real conversation piece. Everyone who comes to our new home gets a presentation and they're all equally impressed. Our builder is ordering one for his own log home. My kids love it. The quality is great, the phone service during spec and ordering was friendly and professional. And it's so unique. Nice work.

I purchased a customized wood-waiter from you back in late 2003 or early 2004. I found it easy to install and it fit perfectly in our space.  To this day we love it. We love using it and we love showing it off to our friends. It continues to work perfectly and I can’t imagine living without it.

Mr. Fowler Thank you for the spare parts we needed for our Wood Waiter. I have to say that this Wood Waiter purchased in the spring of 1984, has performed yeoman service for our Royal Canadian Legion Branch. Since initial installation we have changed the lift nuts twice and had the motor repaired once. This lift is used to bring stock from our basement cooler to the main floor bar area. During the more than twenty four years of use it has been operated basically every day, lifting an average of four hundred pounds up, not to mention what it has also carried down. We would recommend, without hesitation, that anyone in need of this type of product purchase the most dependable and servicable Wood Waiter.

We’ve used our Woodwaiter steadily through the longest and coldest Vermont winter in our experience, and it hasn’t failed us! It’s a significant amenity in a cold climate, as it makes bringing in the wood much, much easier. In fact, it’s hard not to name it and feel like the machine is a member of the family, since it contributes so much to our comfort and well being. It’s one thing I would not do without, in any cold-country construction. I recommend it to all my clients with fireplaces, wood stoves, or wood-fired ovens in their homes.
